COVID-19 RESPONSE

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our physical therapists and trainers are currently seeing patients for physical therapy and fitness services only, and have resumed services by appointment only.  For all appointments we have implemented additional screening precautions in order to keep clients, caregivers and staff safe. At this time we are unable to offer independent gym services. Please check back for future safe re-opening plans including, outdoor classes in front of Challenge Center

Coronavirus (COVID-19) safety measures:

Employees, clients, caregivers and any other entering Challenge Center are asked to avoid entering the facility if they have a cough or a fever

All people entering Challenge Center are to wear facial coverings and are screened including temperature taken

All staff are wearing scrubs, KN95 masks and gloves, as well as being screened daily and having their temperature taken

We have implemented measures to maintain people 6 feet apart

• Using signs to remind people

• Tape is placed as 6 foot markers and used to direct clients

• Accepting clients by appointment only!

All equipment is being disinfected after each use including but not limited to therapy mats, weight machines, cardio equipment and therapy equipment.

Break rooms, bathrooms and other common areas are being disinfected regularly

Hand sanitizer is available to all those who enter the building as well as staff and soap and water is available in the restrooms.
